Kalpataru Projects International (KPIL), among the leading engineering & construction companies in India along with its joint ventures (JVs) and international subsidiaries have secured new orders/notification of awards worth Rs 2,071 crore.
The contracts are for the transmission & distribution (T&D) business in overseas markets, reinforcing its outlook for this segment. Another order is for design and construction of an underground Metro rail tunneling project in India, which enhances the company's growth visibility in urban infrastructure.
KPIL’s order intake in the current financial year stands at Rs 30,000 crore including some large and strategic order wins in T&D, B&F, oil & gas and urban infra businesss. The company has been improving its geographical footprint in high-growth EPC markets, and penetrating deeper into these focused verticals on the back of its strong technical and execution capabilities.
